We are embarking on a large-format retail development at the Plaza, an investment designed to attract a whole new wave of visitors to Papamoa, create fresh opportunities for local businesses, and better meet the needs of our amazing and loyal community that call Papamoa their home.

This expansion will introduce leading national and international brands in modern, spacious premises. By broadening our retail mix and offering new experiences for shoppers, we expect to significantly increase visitor numbers and make Papamoa Plaza an even more compelling destination for residents and visitors from across Tauranga and the wider Bay of Plenty region.
