In November and December 2025, we welcomed a fantastic lineup of new retailers who opened as part of the Stage 1 redevelopment at Richmond Mall.

It’s been great to see these stores open and trading, adding to the retail offer and experience for our community. A big thank you to Retail Solutions, Strategic Property, and all the contractors and consultants involved for their collaboration and commitment in delivering these spaces.
