We are excited to welcome Forme to Richmond Mall! Forme Fitness is dedicated to creating a safe and welcoming environment for women to build strength, confidence, and connection. They bring nearly 20 years of coaching experience, with a strong focus on guidance, care, and creating a supportive community. Their emphasis on connection and wellbeing makes them a great addition to Richmond Mall.
