On Tuesday, our Tinline team came together for a day dedicated to connection, growth, and strengthening how we work together.

It was great to have Leah and Julie join us from Papamoa Plaza, along with Belinda and Hayden from Richmond Mall.

We focused on Tinline’s values, Pioneering Spirit, Create, Connect, Grow and Lead, and took a deep dive into our CliftonStrengths profiles with Strengths-based coach Cathie Gould.

It was inspiring to see how each person brings a unique mix of strengths that, together, create a well-rounded and dynamic team.

The day ended with a beautiful dinner at Nham.
