Steve is a founding director of Tinline. Starting his career as an architectural designer, Steve quickly moved into property development, establishing a significant nationwide portfolio through the 1980s prior to establishing and growing Tinline to its present success. Steve is also a managing director of the Cephas group of investments and charitable entities, and a member of the Institute of Directors. Steve commits considerable time and energy to a variety of other charitable endeavours and mentoring young business people.
Jamie is responsible for the leadership and strategic direction of Tinline Property, having led Tinline’s transition from a single asset entity to a significant property investor with extensive acquisition, management and development capability. He has international property and financial experience from roles at several corporate Institutions in London. Jamie has previously specialised in the implementation of restructuring strategies for international corporate property companies during, and after, the 2008 global financial crisis. He has significant experience in repositioning distressed property assets, having overseen the major development phases of Papamoa Plaza.
Tim leads the delivery of property services for the company. This includes asset management, capital management, people and culture, business improvement, portfolio analysis and leasing, compliance and risk management, as well as joint responsibility for investor relations and communications. He has more than thirty years experience in property management across a variety of roles including centre management, leasing, property and portfolio management and also asset management. Tim holds a number of high profile positions within the property industry and is sought after for his wealth of knowledge at industry training events.
Das is responsible for all aspects of finance, IT and accounting, including financial reporting, taxation and financial control. He has more than 15 years' experience in property, venture capital, funds management and accounting functions within a range of service industries. Das joined us in 2013 as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to beginning with Tinline Property, Das held various financial and development roles within a number of venture capital businesses in locations through both the Pacific region and New Zealand.
